Under the direction of Frank Sator, Continental Design Build Inc. (General Contractor, CA License No. 268978, NV License No. 40944) has and continues to develop many industrial and office projects in the western United States.
CDBI has entitled, developed, refurbished, purchased and sold properties for more than fifty years. Because we are owners and property managers, each building is constructed with efficiency, quality, and durability in mind.

Continental has CA licensed, in-house architecture, experienced project managers and superintendents that increase project efficiency by using one source for management, entitlement, pre-construction, and construction.
From industrial parks and Class-A offices to essential-services aviation facilities, we deliver buildings we would be proud to own — because often, we do.
